About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and proud to be part of the incredible team at Geiger & Associates. I have been a therapist since 2019, where I began working with young children who had experienced attachment disruptions and significant emotional distress. Now, I focus on working with adult survivors and couples.

It is my priority to provide a space of relentless curiosity and compassion with my clients. I am highly collaborative, which means I am always looking to understand how my clients learned to survive and how to help orient all aspects of themselves to the present. It also means I ask my clients if I am getting it right with them, ensuring that I really get where they are. It is crucial for me to maintain a space that feels safe enough for clients, where I can then guide them to find safety within their bodies and most important relationships.

Outside of therapy, I am often found eating delicious food or plotting to find other treats. I enjoy moving my body (kickboxing, HIIT, mobility stretches), and listening to music too loudly (hoping to not wait another 13 years for the next Tool album). Finally, I have three lovely cats that you will likely meet in our sessions.
