Your Guide, Our Mission:

FROM SURVIVAL TO SERVICE
How I found safety and now help others do the same
I grew up facing different facets of trauma, which wired me for sleepless nights, intrusive body memories, and a nervous system that experienced every relationship as a possible threat. After surviving the Troubled Teen Industry, I was left unsure whether therapy could ever be safe, let alone healing.

As an adult, I studied how our brains and bodies cleverly adapt within traumatizing contexts, uncovering somatic and anti-oppressive approaches that honor those adaptations instead of pathologizing them. Armed with this insight, I was able to find healers who were warm, direct, and wise. These healers taught me how to weave every survival strategy I had back into the core of who I am.
Today, I can sleep through the night restfully, cherish and feel cherished by others, and move through the world with a playful, assertive presence. It is my honor to now offer that same safety and guidance to other survivors. I continue doing my own work as a commitment to myself and to every client who sits with me.

I earned my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from CSU Long Beach and my B.A. in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine. My first internship placed me with young children and their families, which gave me a front-row seat into how attachment disruptions and family systems shape us in our earliest years.
Since digging deeper into healing, I have completed the major CRM training sequence. CRM has taught me about the neurobiology of trauma and healing, the role of dissociation in survival, and the “attachment to perpetrator” bind that keeps survivors stuck. I continue advanced training and consultation with the CRM Foundation to keep my skills sharp and my presence grounded.
I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, which focuses on where partners lose each other and how to restore safe, loving connection. Blending CRM and EFT, I offer survivor-centered and trauma-competent care that balances warmth, humor, and relentless curiosity so you can embody safety within yourself and your most important relationships.
