Each Journey Takes Time
A GUIDED PATH FOR TRAUMA RESOLUTION AND SECURE CONNECTION
YOU YEARN FOR CHANGE BUT YOU AREN'T SURE WHERE TO START
It's hard when you don't know what help actually reaches the root of attachment disruption

That's where I come in. I listen first, then we explore the path toward re-membering and re-connecting with your whole self and your most cherished relationships. From deeply resourcing trauma work to couple therapy that rebuilds safe connection, I offer care that gets to the root of attachment disruptions.
Individual Therapy

From feeling fragmented and unsure which part of you will show up each day to walking out whole, grounded, and choosing your next step with steady clarity.
Couple Therapy

From the too familiar arguments that never seemed to stop looping, to a repaired bond where trust, safety, and security move back in and stay.
Ketamine Therapy

From struggling with depression, suicidal thoughts, and traumatic memories to being able to see yourself and your experiences with a fresh set of eyes.

ANTI-OPPRESSIVE RATE STRUCTURE
My fee structure is rooted in anti-oppression and community-values. This means that those who can pay more help cover those who can’t, so healing stays within reach for every survivor. If you’re unsure of where you fit, a short reflection below guides you through income, debt, generational wealth, and the invisible labor you carry. Paying higher, if you can, keeps the circle strong; paying lower, when you need it, keeps you inside the circle. Wherever you land, you are welcome here, and you deserve support.

Credit and gratitude to Kenya Crawford and the Anti-Oppression Training & Resource Alliance for inspiring this structure.
